WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? Please RSVP by Saturday 31st January 2026.Either by contacting Beth or mailing the RSVP card and envelope (sent with your invitation!) HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE? The Orangery is nestled in the heart of Maidstone, it has many transport links and local accommodation. For more information on accommodation please see the accommodation link. Yes, the Orangery has free onsite parking WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? Our celebration is black-tie optional. However we would love for everyone to dress in formal attire - to make the day feel extra special! WILL THE CEREMONY BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? Weather permitting, the wedding will be held outside! However if the weather does not cooperate the wedding will take place inside the Orangery. WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE? England summers are warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony! CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? Due to limited numbers, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones for the ceremony. However, if you would like to bring a guest to the evening celebration, please speak with Beth and Steve! WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR? There will be an unlimited full bar for a 5 hour period (excluding shots and champagne) WHERE IS THE REGISTRATION FOR WEDDING GIFTS? Your presence is all we ask for on our special day. However, if you would like to honour us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be deeply appreciated. A card box will be at the venue!

Our Maidstone Central hotel is just across the river from the Fremlin Walk shopping centre and the Maidstone Museum & Bentlif Art Gallery. It's within easy walking distance of all the leisure facilities at Mote Park. Find your way through the maze at beautiful Leeds Castle and unleash your inner primate on an obstacle course in the treetops at Go Ape. Or enjoy a family day out at a real working farm at Kent Life. All rooms feature a comfy king size bed with four plump pillows and a cosy duvet. Our on-site restaurant and bar serves breakfast and tasty evening meals. Useful information. Due to the city centre location of this hotel some external noise may be heard.

Grange Moor Hotel is set in a quiet location 0.6 miles from Maidstone town center. With landscaped gardens it offers rooms with attached bathroom a restaurant and free parking. Rooms at the Grange Moor feature TVs radio alarm clocks and most have free Wi-Fi access. Ironing and washing facilities are available and there is also a room service menu available in the main site.
